Faster Dual G5 PowerMacs
Professionals who count on Apple's G5 technology to move their data, give life to their designs or process their images and video can now get more bang for the buck.

Apple, this month, announced upgrades to the G5 family, a line of dual processor workhorses with attractive price tags and speed to burn.

These machines start at $1,999, each can be upgraded to up to 8 GB of RAM memory and 500 GB of hard drive storage, and each feature Apple's 8X-speed SuperDrive for reading and burning CDs and DVDs.

Models with Dual 1.8 GHz, Dual 2 GHz and Dual 2.5 GHz processors are available.
